At the front of the Harley Rocker chopper is a 90-millimeter tire. A rear fender partially covers the fat 240-millimeter tire in the back. The Harley-Davidson Rocker C has a rigid-mounted 1,584 cc Twin Cam 96B™ chopper engine. The chopper seat was engineered to keep you comfortable, solo or with passenger.
