Special Orders:
*Customers must pay for total order at the time the order is placed. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Customers will be called when the items are received. We will hold the items ordered on the call shelf for 30 days. After 30 days the items will be cancelled out from under the customers name and all monies on account will be refunded less a 25% restocking fee.
Layaways:
Customers wishing to place items on layaway will be required to place 25% of total sale as a down payment for layaway. The balance of layaway must be paid off with-in 90 days according to the layaway plan. Item(s) are priced as marked at the time of layaway no additional discounts will be applied. Clearance items may not be placed on layaway. Customers may cancel layaways at any time before last layaway payment is scheduled to be made. If a customer wishes to cancel a layaway all monies on account will be refunded less a cancellation charge of 25% of the total sale. If final payment is not received by the "final payment due" date we will automatically cancel the layaway purchase. Layaway sales are final sales-no returns are accepted on layaway purchases. Customers must sign the Layaway Agreement. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Holds
If a customer wishes for us to "hold" item(s) for them with out placing item(s) on layaway, item(s) will be committed under the customers name and placed on the call/layaway shelf. Item(s) will be held for 7 days only. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS!!! After 7 days the item(s) will be cancelled out from under customers name and placed back into stock.
Returns
SAVE YOUR RECEIPT. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt. Returned items must be in saleable condition with all original packaging intact. In some cases exchanges or in-store credit will apply. No refunds or exchanges on helmets, sunglasses, undergarments, clearance items, or electrical parts.

GPS users, please note that the directions from your gps are incorrect. We are located 2 1/2 miles south of the village of Fort Ann on Route 4. The GPS brings you approx. 11 miles further north into Whitehall than you need to go. We are in the process of trying to resolve this issue. 9/2/11
